"Birthday Celebrations of Sri Guruji Dr.Vedavyas " 13th Aug 2006, Rajamundry, AP, India.

This year the Birthday Celebrations of Guruji Dr.Vedavyas IAS, Ph.D., D.Litt where held with grandeur in Rajamundry at Dharmam Chara Community Hall. Exuberant Yogabrothers from various Satsang centres thronged in huge numbers to celebrate the event.   The programme started off with Yogabrothers doing Satsang and Meditation. Guruji then arived and was welcomed with Poorna Kumbham and Vedic Chanting. Tirupathi Vikhanasa Ashramam secretary Sri Prabhakara Acharaya delivered the preamble.   Few Yogabrothers shared with everyone, their experiences with Guruji. Stood apart among them were the experiences shared by Saubhagya, an 8 year old student of Gurukula.   Guruji then shared thy childhood experiences and blessed everyone on this joyous occasion.   This year birthday celebrations were also held at Shirdi Sai Baba temple, Suraram, Hyderabad and Vyasa Maharshi temple, Bangalore. In both places Yogabrothers got together in big numbers to celebrate the great event.
